1. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit may be required at the time of booking, with the full balance due prior to arrival as specified in your booking confirmation. By placing a booking, you agree to the payment schedule outlined.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy outlined at the time of booking. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip against unexpected events.

3. Property Rules & Occupancy

Guests agree to treat the property with respect. Parties, events, and smoking indoors are strictly prohibited. The maximum occupancy (as stated on your booking) must not be exceeded. We reserve the right to evict guests who violate these rules without a refund.

4. Liability

Shore to Mountain Stays is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to guest property during your stay. Guests assume all risks associated with the use of property amenities, including the private jacuzzi, decks, and surrounding natural terrain.
